This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made at icon-collection. We want every customer to be confident in their order, so please review the conditions below before submitting a request.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the eyewear must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging together with all included accessories such as the case and cleaning cloth. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, items explicitly marked as "final sale", and products that have been altered, customized, or show clear signs of wear or misuse are not eligible for a refund. Promotional or clearance items may also be excluded — please check the product page at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, contact our customer support at support@icon-collection.top with your order number and a brief reason for the request. Our team will reply with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions, as this may delay your refund.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our side. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the cases described above.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at our expense.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
